Account and Data Deletion Instructions
TexedPay users have the right to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
How to Request Account Deletion
You can request account deletion in any of the following ways:
Open the TexedPay mobile app.
Navigate to your Profile or Account Settings.
Select “Delete Account” and follow the instructions.
OR
Send an email request to:
[email protected]
Please use the email address registered to your TexedPay account and include:
Your full name
Your registered phone number
Your registered email address
Subject line: “Account Deletion Request”
What Happens After You Request Deletion.
Your personal information will be permanently deleted from our active systems.
Your access to the TexedPay app will be terminated.
Certain financial transaction records may be retained as required by applicable financial regulations and anti-money laundering laws.
Deletion requests are processed within 7–14 business days.
Important Notice
If there are pending transactions, disputes, or regulatory review requirements, deletion may be delayed until those matters are resolved.
